General  terms and conditions


 Unless  otherwise  expressly  provided  for  in  other  specific  provisions,  the  terms  listed  below  have  the  meaning  given  to them  in  the  following  definitions  in  these  General  Sales  Terms:

“Business Day” or “Business Day” means  the  days  when  our  offices  are  open  for  normal  activities  (generally  every  day  from 9 am  to  6 pm  except  Saturdays,  Sundays,  holidays  and  on  the  occasion  of  some  exceptional  circumstances  of  which  we will  give  you  timely  news  on  this  site).

“Force  Majeure  Events”  include  situations  resulting  (directly  or  indirectly)  from  strikes,  lockouts , fires,  floods,  proven inability to procure products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays by suppliers or couriers, laws or government regulations or any other cause or event that is beyond our control. The above is provided by way of example only. There are other events that can have the character of force majeure.


These General Terms and Conditions of Sale have as their object the purchase of I AM products made remotely by means of a telematic  network  on  the  site “www.iamthewatch.com”  belonging  to  Diffusione Orologi srl,  based  in Via Santa Maria Valle, 4 20123 – Milano (MI). These purchases are reserved for direct user customers. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the legislation pursuant to art. 13 GDPR.


The customer with the acceptance of the order declares to be of greater age and when he makes an online order for the products he has included in the cart, he agrees to buy them at the price and terms indicated in these General Conditions of Sale.

Diffusione Orologi will not accept orders:

– if the material, at the time of the order, is not available in stock (if the material is not available, it will not be possible to add it to the cart) and / or

– if the customer’s credit card issuer does not confirm the payment.

Diffusione Orologi however reserves the right not to accept the order, at its discretion.


These General Terms and Conditions of Sale must be examined online by Customers before sending their orders. The forwarding of the order therefore implies their total knowledge and their full acceptance.

The Customer undertakes and commits, once the online purchase procedure is completed, to print and keep the present general sales conditions, already viewed and accepted during the purchase process, in order to fully satisfy the condition of which to articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999.


All prices on the website include VAT.

The prices shown on this website are the current sales prices. In the event that the price of goods ordered with the I AM brand is reported by Diffusione Orologi s.r.l. in a clearly conflicting manner, the order may be canceled at any time by Diffusione Orologi s.r.l. or by the Customer, as long as before sending the goods, and it will be possible to rearrange the products at the correct selling price.


The payment of the purchased products and the relative shipping costs must be made by the customer when the order is forwarded using one of the credit cards available and indicated online. In this case Diffusione Orologi will process the order upon receipt of payment. Diffusion of watches is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by a third party of credit cards when paying for the products purchased.


In case of acceptance of the order it is specified that:

– for orders accepted on the I AM website before 1 pm on a working day, the shipment of the goods normally takes place within the next 72 hours;

– for orders received after 1pm this will be worked the next working day and then the 72 hours become 96 hours after the order;

– if the order was placed on a non-working day, the order will still be sent within 96 hours from the first following working day.

Exceptions may occur in the case of Force Majeure Events.

The goods will be delivered by GLS courier at home.

Shipping means the delivery of the goods to the courier.

The delivery times described during the purchase process on the site depend on the shipping method used, and on the destination of the goods depending on the weight and size of the items purchased. The courier will deliver the goods only on signature that confirms receipt of the same.

In the event that the goods, sent by courier, do not arrive within the deadline, the Customer must contact Diffusione Orologi s.r.l. to the number indicated on this site.

In the event that the goods have not been delivered due to the impossibility of the Customer to receive it, the latter must first contact the courier through the references left by the courier for cases of non-receipt of the goods and, in the event that this operation is not possible, or must contact the toll-free number for customer assistance indicated on this website.


If the shipment of the goods does not occur within the agreed times or the courier in charge does not deliver the goods within the expected delivery times, Diffusione Orologi will contact the Customer as soon as possible and, based on the latter’s needs, will try to establish another delivery deadline.

In the event that it is not possible to reach an agreement to this effect, Diffusione Orologi s.r.l. will reimburse the customer the full amount paid for the purchase of I AM products.


To exercise this right, the customer must contact the customer service indicated on the site, follow the instructions provided by the operator and send Diffusione Orologi s.r.l. a communication to that effect, within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or by telegram or fax always sent within the aforementioned 7-day period and followed by a confirmation sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.

Once we have received the aforementioned withdrawal notice, Diffusione Orologi s.r.l. will quickly inform the customer of the details on how to return the goods.


As the only charge, and if the error did not depend on a fact attributable to Diffusione Orologi s.r.l. the Customer will have to bear the costs of returning the goods.

The goods must be returned intact and in the original packaging, complete with all its parts and without having suffered any damage.

Upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined and, in the event of damage or tampering, the annulment cannot be exercised

Diffusione Orologi will reimburse the customer the full amount already paid within the terms of the law. The refund will be made by crediting the amount due on the credit card used by the customer for the purchase subject to reimbursement.

It will be the Customer’s responsibility to promptly provide Diffusione Orologi s.r.l. all the information necessary for a correct and prompt repayment procedure.


Any complaint must be addressed directly to Diffusione Orologi s.r.l., by contacting the customer service or by e-mail to the dedicated address indicated on the website. Diffusione Orologi undertakes to respond to complaints within three working days.


The sales contract between the Customer and Diffusione Orologi s.r.l. is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation or execution of the same contract the territorial jurisdiction is of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the State.


Online purchases are shipped and delivered in max 7 days throughout the national territory by express courier GLS, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00. All orders received are processed and shipped as soon as possible, following the authorization of the credit card payment and clearly following stock availability.



Diffusione Orologi could insert inside the packages, send via e-mail or through partner websites discount vouchers that can be used by the date indicated on the voucher. The discount voucher must be inserted in the shopping cart page in the “voucher code” box and activated via the “apply coupon” button. The system will update the total amount of the order net of the value of the voucher.

The use of the coupon is governed by the following terms of use:

Discount vouchers cannot be combined with other commercial initiatives;

Discount vouchers cannot be combined with each other; Only one coupon can be used for each order;

Coupons have a default value or be in the form of a discount percentage;

They have an expiration date that is indicated on the coupon itself;

The coupon does not give right to receive any change, it will not be reimbursed, in whole or in part and must be used by the due date. The voucher cannot be sold;

The coupon can only be used for the purchase of online products;

For fixed-amount coupon codes, the nominal value is indicated if the latter is not sufficient to cover the amount of the order, the purchaser may provide you with the forms of payment provided for by the Site.
